VIOXX® - Arthritis/pain medication, heart attacks and strokes
BEXTRA® - Arthritis/pain medication, heart attacks and strokes, skin reaction known as Steven's Johnson syndrome [it's horrible, basically the skin begins peeling off, sometimes blisters even form in mouth and throat, and if left untreated it can be fatal, so they should know if they had this condition]
CRESTOR® - statin drug used to treat  hypercholesteremia [high cholesterol] can cause severe skeletal muscle tissue damage, known as "rhabdomyolysis", also kidney and liver damage
ACCUTANE® - A DRUG USED TO TREAT ACNE, HAS CAUSED SEVERE SIDE EFFECTS TO INCLUDE:
1. BIRTH DEFECTS
2. SUICIDE OR SEVERE PSYCHIATRIC ILLNESS
3.  LIVER INJURIES
4. GASTROINTESTINAL PROBLEMS, INCLUDING IRRITABLE BOWEL SYNDROME [abbreviated as "IBS"]
5. VISION & HEARING PROBLEMS
