The Kids are Special Program is a free community service that provides Chattanooga & North Georgia families with vital records of their children should a child become lost or missing. The ID cards include important information about the child including a photo, 2 profile shots, name, nickname, address, phone number, height, weight, eye color, hair color, birth date, race and parents' names. The child’s thumbprints are electronically recorded and printed on the back of the ID card.
